Brack NGO Job Circular 2022 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain knowledge products including learning materials, concept notes, case studies etc.
Create and manage archiving system in order to store and disseminate Programme knowledge and facilitate sharing and collaboration.
Prepare different documentations for reporting (AOP, Midyear reports, annual report, different donor reports, presentation slides etc.
Streamline, restructure and manage Programme’s internal learning sharing system.
Develop different training/orientation and internal communications materials in coordination with operation unit, BRAC material development unit, communication unit and relevant experts
Organize different exposure visits in coordination with different relevant units within and outside the Programme.
Coordinate with all UPG units and work closely with M&E staff for data preservation and sharing.
Brack NGO Job Circular 2022 SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the Programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Information Management, documentation, coordination, communications

MS Office, Basic computer operation
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
