Job Context
The position of Assistant Manager is a permanent employment and will play primary supervisory role. The designation is designed as per market demand and exposure. The main aim of this position is to develop existing market and source new opportunity. This position requires to supervise a team of 2-5 members.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise sales team and report to section head about daily activities of team.
Retain existing customer as well as source new market.
Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors sales volume, market position etc. and suggest management about the market policy.
Guide team on achieving target and preparing reports.
Ensure sales targets are achieved.
Ensure collection of credits from market.
Prepare day to day sales report and collection report and send to immediate supervisor.

Educational Requirements
Masters/MBA at any discipline from any university of Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements
At least 6 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry
Additional Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal Skill.
Ability to work on MS Word, Power Point & Excel
Sufficient Computer Literacy (E-Mail writing, Report writing)
Ability to handle at least 5/6 Thana or Upazilla with minimum 70-80 shops.
